I have been with this trainer Tyrone Wade for a year now and what a transformation I came in I couldn't even do a squat a push up just say I pretty much couldn't do anything I had a bad hip I was 180lbs I'm 148 now !He really worked with me he modified my workouts for me because I was unable to do certain exercises due to my hip. I wanted to give up so many times because I didn't believe I could do it but he believed in me and motivated me he was very patient with me and understanding and very professional. Great trainer!!!

Tyrone Wade is an amazing personal training option. Not only is it afford but Wade is an amazing trainer. He is flexible and dedicated to helping you reach your goal. When I trained with Wade he was attentive to hip issues I had, me having asthma, and things happening in my personal life that would affect me training. Wade is very knowledgeable, if I had any questions he had an answer. He wouldn’t just tell you what to do, he would explain what the exercise was, why I had to do it, what it was targeting, and would physically show me how to properly do it.
